Ruth's Harvest

Ruth’s Harvest is a backpack ministry for at-risk students attending Bermudian Springs Elementary School. Since 2015, Zwingli, in partnership with numerous other local churches, has collected individually packaged food items such as oatmeal, pop tarts and tuna lunch kits. Once a month, 100 bags are assembled with the donated food items and delivered to the school. Long holiday weekends often mean a limited food supply at home for some children, when they miss eating school lunch due to the holiday.
